Privacy at a glance
- You control the photos you upload and may remove project records from your profile.
- Unless you give clear, revocable permission, we will not train general-purpose generative AI on private project content.
- We do not sell personal information and support applicable access, correction, deletion, and portability rights.
Scope and our role
This policy covers the GardenGPT website, workspace, templates, accounts, and related services. We process information you provide and limited technical data needed to operate and protect the service.
Information we collect
Information may include your email and sign-in identifier, locale and device data, project choices, prompts, credit and transaction records, and 1–4 photos of the same space. Please do not upload payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive information.
How we use information
We use information to maintain accounts, validate and process photos, generate concepts, provide enhance/HD/video features, administer credits, answer support requests, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
AI processing and uploaded content
Your photos, prompts, and style choices are processed to perform the AI task you request. Unless we later obtain clear, revocable permission, we will not use private project content to train general-purpose generative AI models. Production model providers and their roles will be disclosed before launch.
Sharing and service providers
Production services may instruct cloud storage, AI inference, authentication, payment, analytics, email, and security providers to process necessary data. We do not sell personal information. Disclosures required by law, to protect rights, or during a business transaction will follow applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain data only as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet financial or legal obligations. We use risk-appropriate access controls, transport protection, and data minimization, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
International processing and children
Providers may process data outside your country, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards. GardenGPT is intended for adults able to manage residential outdoor projects and is not directed to children under 16.
Your rights and choices
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. We do not currently sell personal information. Email ailun@matchtrio.com to submit a request; identity verification may be required.
