Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts for security, compliance, or abuse investigations.
Uploads and license
You retain rights in your photos, prompts, and project content and confirm you have permission to use them. You grant GardenGPT a limited license to process that content only to operate, protect, and improve the service you request.
AI outputs and uncertainty
Outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique, similar to other outputs, or contain details that cannot be built. Review outputs before using, publishing, or relying on them, and ensure your use does not violate third-party rights.
Credits, subscriptions, and payment
Checkout shows prices, credits, renewal periods, and limits before purchase. Used credits are non-refundable unless law requires otherwise; cancellation applies after the current billing period. Payment status follows the configured payment service and credit-ledger records.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, private, or unauthorized material. Do not bypass safeguards, scrape or disrupt the service, impersonate others, or misrepresent generated concepts as completed real-world construction.
Not construction, engineering, or professional advice
GardenGPT provides visual inspiration for yards, balconies, and gardens. It does not provide construction drawings, structural or drainage calculations, utility location, plant-safety decisions, permits, or code advice. Use qualified local professionals before building.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update features, models, credit use, or availability and may maintain, suspend, or end the service when reasonably necessary. Accounts involved in serious abuse, security risk, or violations may be restricted or terminated.
